We supply all types of airframe tubes & specialist pipes from simple bent tubes with swaged fittings to complex tube configurations with intricate machined and welded end fittings. The majority of the machined end fittings and associated fixture design and manufacture are supplied through our comprehensive in-house machining facilities. This broad in-house capability enables us to respond quickly to customer needs.

Sigma is experienced in working with several aerospace material types, including stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and high-temperature alloys, such as Inconel and Nimonic, in varying thicknesses. Alongside this, our level 3 technicians perform in-house surface and heat treatments of materials and non-destructive testing procedures such as dye penetrant inspection, pressure testing, electrical bond testing and x-ray inspection.
